Harvested from FSC-certified plantations in Java. Kiln-dried to 12% moisture content before milling — preventing the checking and warping that plague air-dried alternatives.
Marine-Grade 6061
6061-T6 alloy — the same specification used in marine and aerospace applications. Powder-coated at 200°C after shot-blasting, not brushed. Salt-spray tested to 1,000 hours ASTM B117.
Sunbrella® Solution-Dyed
Color lives in the acrylic fiber itself — not applied to the surface. After 2,000 hours of UV exposure (equivalent to five Florida summers), color retention exceeds 80%. Machine-washable at 30°C.
